Villa Acacia

Villa L'Acacia enjoys spectacular views of Florence from a vantage point in the hills north of the city. Conveniently, located only 6 kilometers from the historic center. This 17th century villa offers easy access to the pleasures of Florence while providing the quiet privacy and convenience of an established residential neighborhood. Villa L'Acacia can accommodate 10 people with additional space for 2 at an extra charge. The exquisite gardens invite guests to relax in luxury or reside in the tastefully renovated interiors that retain the original characteristics of modern conveniences.

Guests enter the villa through a gracious courtyard onto the foyer entrance. On the main floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a spacious sitting room and formal dining room. A lovely sunroom with French doors opening out to the exquisite garden and terraces. Furnishings include family antiques, comfortable overstuffed sofas and chairs. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and gas stove. There is also, a bathroom on this floor with a washing machine and utility room.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed ( it is possible to add two single beds in this room) and a magnificent private balcony with splendid views of the city. There are three twin bedrooms, two with access to a small balcony, and two tiled bathrooms with bathtub and shower. On the third floor there is a twin bedroom and full size bathroom. From the third floor one can access a small roof terrace that overlooks a wonderful view of Florence. Furnishings include family antiques and good reproductions.

Pool: In the garden beside the villa there is a pool approximately 8x4 meters with a full size deck for tanning.
Villa L'Acacia offers a splendid opportunity to enjoy all aspects of Florence. Local shopping is within walking distance. Bus service to the city center is available 100 meters from the villa. There are several delicious trattoria's and restaurants in the nearby area.
