Mushrooms crostini
Ingredients: Garlic, parsley, mushrooms, oil, salt and pepper.
How to do it:
Chop garlic and parsley and mix them together. Put the mushrooms
in hot water end leave them for about 15 minutes. Put in a frying
pan the parsley and garlic mixture with oil salt and pepper and
then after 3 minutes add the mushrooms and a some water you previously
used to warm the them. Cook them for about 5 minutes and then
and some cream to cool them. Spread it on bread.
Cottage cheese and Robiola crostini
Ingredients: Robiola, Cottage cheese, basil, salt and oil.
How to do it:
Put100 gr of Robiola100 gr of Cottage Cheese a little bunch of
basil with salt and oil in an electric mixer and whip them all
at the maximum speed. Spread it on bread.
Yellow crostini
Ingredients: Eggs, mayonnaise, salt pepper and oil
How to do it:
Put 3 hard boiled eggs, one spoon of mayonnaise, salt, pepper,
oil in an electric mixer and whip them all at the maximum speed.
