This villa dates back to the 17th century, it is totally detached with its 3,900 square feet (365 square meters) of interiors and 6,450 square feet (600 square meters) of private garden enclosed between high walls to ensure the complete privacy and safety of its guests.

Spreading over three floors the Villa offers areas for every need. Tastefully decorated with ancient and priceless furniture alongside modern comforts, such as the included (free) high speed Wi-Fi internet connection.

Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, american coffee maker, kettle, toaster...), a living room with sofas a stereo and a large TV equipped with Google Chromecast (semi-smart), a dining room (sits up to 15 people), the fireplace room, two toilets with sink, laundry with dryer and ironing, and a French-windowed sitting room which opens to an open space sheltered by a large umbrella under which you may enjoy memorable appetizers overlooking the panorama.

First floor: A staircase leads up to four bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning. The first bedroom, which is the master, has a twin sofa bed, a king-sized bed (67 ins - 172 cm), and access to a private terrace (258 ft2 - 24 mt2) overlooking Florence and shaded by an ancient wisteria. The second bedroom has two slim single beds (33 ins - 85 cm) and the third bedroom has two wide single beds (47 ins - 120 cm). These two bedrooms share a balcony. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed (67 ins - 174 cm) and a small kitchenette. There are two bathrooms on this floor. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a tub (tub has a glass splash guard).

Second floor: Bedroom with a queen-sized bed (66 ins - 170 cm) and air conditioning, a studio and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a shower.

Roof: From the studio on the second floor, a flight of stairs leads up to the large terrace on roof level with deck chairs and one of the best views to be found for miles.

Every bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fans, but you will also discover the pleasure of not having to use them due to the refreshing breeze over the hill and the thick ancient walls of the building that keep the place naturally cool.

The 6,450 square feet (600 square meters) of garden and open spaces: The garden is embellished with plants and flowers, and includes a wooden sundeck and private pool (from May to September; 157x315 ins - 4x8 mt; max deep 53 ins - 1,35 mt) that occupies one of the natural terraces where lemon trees were cultivated in a great earthenware vases. Near the swimming pool there is also a hot-water shower and a patio with sun loungers, chairs, and a table. A built-in brick barbecue is located near the kitchen and nearby is another patio equipped with table and chairs. There is a pergola shaded by an ancient wisteria that overlooks the expansive area in front of the Villa where you can indulge in the uttermost privacy and quiet you need, however many guests in your party
